Veterans Entrepreneur Alliance (VEA) Upcoming Educational Cohorts for Entrepreneurs

The Veterans Entrepreneur Alliance (VEA) will have three cohorts this year for veteran entrepreneurs – whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur or an established veteran business owner. These in-person and virtual cohorts offer essential business insights and camaraderie with other veterans to make your business successful! ALL VEA SERVICES ARE FREE.

Business Fundamentals – Every Tuesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. – March 5 through April 9

Scaling Your Business – Every Wednesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. – July 17 through August 21

Innovation & Tech in Business – Every Tuesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. – October 8 through November 12

The Spring Cohort kicks off on March 5th and runs for 6 weeks. They are Tuesday nights from 6-8pm, food will be provided for those who attend in person at CapEd’s corporate offices in Meridian.

Those who would like to attend virtually will be able to submit questions through chat in the Zoom meeting. We will do our best to address everything but will also schedule follow ups with anyone who needs additional assistance after each session.

This is the course breakdown for the first cohort:

Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship

Week 6: Sales and Customer Relations

  • Sales techniques for startups
  • Building customer relationships
  • Customer service fundamentals
