DESCRIPTION:Operation Grateful Hearts is selling pumpkins 1 more day… and we need YOU! \nTellez Farms & Grasmick Produce have donated 5 palette boxes of pumpkins for us to sell and Krispie Kreme has generously let us use their parking lot\, all to support our Christmas program. \nOGH will be setting up on Saturday the 26th starting at 8am and tearing down at 4pm… done by 4:30 – 5pm. \nWe need people to assist our small group of dedicated volunteers.  \nHere are the shifts and needs for each time slot… sign up for 1 or sign up for more! \n·      Pre-Sale Week: \no   Advertising… PLEASE\, share attached flyer\, OGH’s FB posts and spread the word to your networks for volunteers and sales! \n·      Pre- Sale Day (Friday):  \no   Looking for flatbed trailer to pick up pumpkins and straw bales.  \n·      Set-up Crew:  8am – 10am \no   We need some extra muscle to help us set up the tables\, straw bales & signs\, then shuffle pumpkins over to display as we weigh them out.  \n·      Morning Sales Crew:  8am – 12pm \no   Set up displays – package specialty gourds\, set up raffle & car displays\, shuffle pumpkins over as we weigh them out. \no   Assist customers picking out pumpkins & answering questions about OGH\, etc. \no   Take turns waving signs to get attention to of the public driving by… (this is really good for families… kids love playing on the sidewalk with signs)  \n·      Afternoon Sales Crew:  12pm – 4pm \no   Assist customers picking out pumpkins & answering questions about OGH\, etc. \no   Take turns waving signs to get attention to of the public driving by… (this is really good fun for families… kids love playing on the sidewalk with signs) \no   Tearing down displays and packing truck  \n·      Teardown Crew:  3:30pm – 5pm \nWe need some extra muscle to help us load up the tables\, straw bales & signs\, shuffling leftover pumpkins to trailer and cleaning up the grass & parking area.
